BUSINESS POLICIES
- Midcourt Tennis Academy reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose conduct is detrimental to the overall good of the program
- Read the Parental Code of Conduct
- Midcourt Tennis Academy maintains the highest safety standards. However, it does not assume liability of accidents, illness or disease
- There are weather-related make-ups only at the discretion of Midcourt Tennis Academy

- Midcourt Tennis Academy will charge the parent's credit card 50% of the coach's private/hitting lesson rate should the participant/parent fail to cancel the lesson prior to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Midcourt Tennis Academy will charge the parent's credit card 100% of the coach's private/hitting lesson rate if the scheduled lesson has not been cancelled and the participant fails to show up for the lesson . A 3% transaction fee will be included in either situation
- A valid credit card must be kept on file with the Midcourt Tennis Academy business office and it is the parent/guardian's responsibility to update credit card information as needed. Click here for the credit card authorization form that must be completed and turned in to our business office.
- A 3% transaction fee is added to every credit card transaction
- If a check payment fails to clear, there will be a $75 fee charged to participant's credit card on file
